Active April Calendar
I had to kick my ass to get it done. A dull, cloudy day doesn’t inspire me, and somehow, a bike ride didn’t call my name. I had spent 4 hours doing heavy lifting and organizing, and my back was exhausted. On the other hand, I got a huge amount accomplished so yeah me.

BUT I went downstairs and did a 12-minute HIIT followed by some stretching. Then Skye and I hit the road/pasture and had a very nice walk.
I am pleased to report that #Active April has been a success. I’ve definitely upped my walking km/week. I started biking earlier in the season. I hit the pool for a lane swim, which felt great. I’ve continued my HIIT and weights 5/day week. The item to address is the lack of fitness activity on the weekends, but overall I am definitely on the right track. Maybe even enough to do a sprint distance triathlon….hm.
