“Active April” 28/2024

Find a fun exercise to do while the kettle is boiling.

Active April Calendar

I rarely use the kettle unless I am not feeling well. So I decided that the tickling and zerberting of wee lad J in amongst making pizza for supper counted. I also picked him up and threw him in the air a couple of times.

The active part of today was keeping up with the 7 and 5 year old and finding time to play with the 1 year old.

Then, once they had all gone home, there was a short sunset walk. I really need to find a way to incorporate more exercise driven activity into days with the grandkids.

I have had a love of the written word for my entire life. It's no surprise that eventually I found a platform where I could write. It's random; sometimes funny, occasionally sad, maybe even at times from anger and I lean towards creative photography and hands on crafts. I have a few blogs that high light these interests.

      1. they could easily do 5 k. We did it in the fall at the step up for mental health. I was surprised at how easy it was for them
